Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the supply of products and services by StableCo (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“customer”, “you”). By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

StableCo supplies modular horse stables, yard panels, gates, and associated components. Products are designed for agricultural and equine use and are supplied as modular systems.

All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith but may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances or updates.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Payment terms:

  • Full payment is required prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed
  • Deposits may be required to secure stock or pre-orders

Payments may be processed via third-party trust accounts (e.g. HNRY), which may display a different account name for verification purposes.

3. Deposits & Pre-Orders

Deposits are used to secure stock against incoming shipments.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you change your mind
  • If StableCo is unable to supply the product, a full refund will be provided

Estimated arrival dates are indicative only and may be affected by shipping, customs, or supplier delays.

4. Delivery

Delivery costs and arrangements will be confirmed at time of order.

Customer responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe and suitable access for delivery vehicles
  • Advise of any access restrictions prior to delivery
  • Provide appropriate equipment or labour for unloading unless agreed otherwise

StableCo is not liable for delays caused by third-party freight providers.

5. Risk & Ownership

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership of goods remains with StableCo until full payment has been received.

6. Installation

Where installation services are provided:

  • Ground preparation is the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly agreed
  • The installation site must be level, stable, and suitable for construction
  • Additional time or costs may apply if site conditions are not as expected

StableCo is not responsible for:

  • Issues caused by poor ground preparation
  • Structural movement due to ground conditions
  • Damage resulting from environmental factors (e.g. wind) where structures are not adequately secured

7. Product Use & Suitability

Products are designed for general equine and livestock use.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The product is suitable for their intended use
  • Structures are properly installed and secured
  • Appropriate safety measures are taken during use

StableCo accepts no liability for misuse or inappropriate application of products.

8. Warranties & Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you are entitled to remedies under the Act.

This may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Refund (where the issue is substantial)

9. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Change of mind returns are not accepted unless agreed in writing. Any approved returns may be subject to restocking and freight costs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • StableCo’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or failure to secure structures

11. Force Majeure

StableCo is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping delays
  • Supplier issues
  • Natural events
  • Transport disruptions

12. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials provided by StableCo remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

13. Privacy

Customer information is collected and used solely for the purpose of processing orders and providing services.

We do not share personal information with third parties except where required to fulfil orders (e.g. freight providers).

14. Amendments

StableCo may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will apply to all future transactions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
